Shipping policy

Production Time: Every ROGAL item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and packed before shipping. Production times may vary during peak seasons (November–January).

Estimated Delivery:

• US Orders: 5–10 business days after production

• International Orders: 10–30 business days after production

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ROGAL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested before production begins — email us immediately after placing your order.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. A replacement can be shipped at an additional shipping and production cost.

 

Customs & Import Fees: ROGAL is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred on international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
